CVS Basics!

CVS has two ads, a weekly ad and a montly ad. Each ad has items that you can earn Extra Care Bucks from. These extra care bucks print out like a receipt and can be used on anything in the store, except prescriptions and alcohol. Sometimes they have deals where you buy an item for say $6.99, and get $6.99 Extra Care Bucks (ECB) back, basically making them free! Also sometimes you will find items that give Extra Care Bucks back, makin it a good deal, but you still have to pay, and this is where coupons can help to make them free! Bargain shopping is all about learning the best time to buy something. So sometimes you have to have patience and not jump on every deal you see. Every quarter (4 times a year) you get back 2% of what you have spent throughout that quarter back in Extra Care Bucks. So not only do you get Extra Care Bucks on already great deals, but then they also reward you additional "free money" for shopping at their store.

Starting from the beginning!

Would you believe it if I told you that in the first picture shown I only spent $15? A total of $300 worth of stuff, bought within two days. Or how about in the second picture I only spent $30 and it was a total of $700 worth! All that was within a week! Bargain shopping is not only helpful to your family it can be fun, but you do have to spend time finding the best bargains. That is where I come in. I can tell you the best deals at some of the best bargain shopping stores. The best way to get started is to get the Sunday paper every week, and start clipping coupons, and then look out for great deals to match your coupons to. The best deals in my opinion are buy 1 get 1(B1G1) FREE sale, that you are able to match with a buy 1 get 1 free coupon, making both items free! Also if you don't have a printer it might be a good $30 investment. I bought mine and have saved sooo much with coupons I was able to print off the internet, it's more than covered the price of the printer.
